Coaches Meeting

Hello Coaches, 
Thank you for volunteering your time to coach this season with the Green Hills Girls Softball League. We will have our first Coaches meeting on Monday, MARCH 2 at 6:30 pm. We have a new location this year. We will meet at Calvary United Methodist Church (3701 Hillsboro Pike). We are meeting in the Fellowship Hall.This meeting is an important time to verify your rosters and sponsor, create practice schedules, pick uniform colors, and much more. Please make sure to have a representative from each team at the meeting.

I will send a full agenda and more instructions on the location this weekend.Do not forget the deadline to sign up is this Wednesday. I will send your current rosters out one more time for you to invite any missing players. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks, Kris
